Data Deletion Request

On request we will delete the personal data associated with you, such as:

• Your Instagram username, comments, and direct messages held by us.
• Contact details (name, phone, email, delivery address).
• Order and enquiry history, subject to any legal retention we must keep.

Choose whichever is easiest:

• Email us at manu@theheirloomoven.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us your Instagram username and/or the phone/email you used with us so we can locate your data.
• Message us on Instagram from the account whose data you want deleted, asking us to delete your data.
• Remove app access in your Instagram settings under Apps and websites; when Meta notifies us that you have removed access, we delete the associated data automatically.

We will confirm and complete your deletion request within 30 days. Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, tax and invoicing records), but these are not used for any other purpose.
