Pista Nankhatai

The classic Indian tea-time shortbread — maida, besan, and suji shortened with ghee, sweetened with sugar, perfumed with green elaichi, and crowned with chopped pistachios. Crumbly, fragrant, exactly as Dadi made them. 250g pack.

Our Story

A boutique bakery, baked with the patience of memory.

The Heirloom Oven began in one home kitchen with Meenu Garg, carrying family recipes into a bakery for modern tables. The way of working stayed familiar: slow baking, small batches, finishes by hand, and the patience to let good ingredients speak.

Small batches, one kitchen, recipes carried through time. That is the whole story.

Lookbook

Quiet mornings, on the feed.
