By browsing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our Instagram account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and payment (where required) is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable — and will refund any amount already paid.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering at manu@theheirloomoven.com. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

We offer an optional service where commenting on our Instagram content triggers an automated reply and/or direct message with the information you requested (such as a recipe). Use of this feature is voluntary and governed by Instagram’s own terms in addition to ours. How we handle the data involved is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our name, logo, photography, recipes, and website content belong to The Heirloom Oven by Manu Bakery and may not be reproduced commercially without our permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
