Per batch
- Chopped chocolate
- 150 g

- 100 g
- Maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 cup
- Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp
- Condensed milk
- ½ cup
- Sugar
- ⅓ cup
How we bake it
Maida, cocoa, and baking powder are sieved together.
Chocolate and butter are melted over a double boiler.
Condensed milk, water, and sugar are whisked into the melted chocolate.
The dry mix is folded in to a smooth pouring batter.
Baked until the top cracks paper-thin and the centre stays fudgy.

Yes. Baked without egg, start to finish.
How long does it keep?
Best within 5 days of packing. Keep it airtight and away from direct sun and heat — there is nothing in it holding the date open for you.
When is it baked?
After you order, not before. Allow about 2 days for it to be baked and packed, then dispatch on top of that.
What are the allergens?
Contains wheat, milk. may contain soy (chocolate).. Everything here comes out of one kitchen, so traces of nuts, wheat, and dairy are possible in any bake.
